Products in stock will show a delivery period, this is the estimated number of working days from the date of dispatch. Overseas orders may take longer than the estimate stated.
The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
In most cases we utilise FedEx, DHL or UPS for cost effective delivery. All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery to the delivery address & Country. This charge is added to your order before you enter your payment details in the checkout area.

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. For heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there to collect the goods as arranged.

Gamercize guarantee’s its product range for DOMESTIC USE only for a period of 12 months from the certified date of purchase. During this period we have the right to: -
a) provide parts for the purchaser to effect repair.
b) repair the product returned (at the purchaser’s cost) to our warehouse. replace the product if it is deemed economical to do so.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
This guarantee does not cover wear and tear on upholstery or consumables.
This guarantee does not cover abuse or defects caused by storage or use outside those intended.
If you need to advise us of a defect with your product, we may ask for proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Exercise equipment Warranty: Each item supplied comes with a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed directly to the customer, gamercize.net has no control over the terms of the warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

At present, we can only offer an exchange for the same product.
The only stipulation is that we receive the goods back in the condition they arrived with you, and that they are repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in. If returned goods are not repacked properly by the customer they may incur a 10% repacking/restocking charge. In general few returns are charged this, however if return goods are in such a condition that costs are incurred to recheck the product then the 10% may apply .
Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds will be credited back within 30 days of the cancellation. Please note our carriers only uplift Monday to Friday.
